Duties
– Conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and manage ongoing cardiac care.
– Maintain a schedule of ~40 patient contact hours per week.
– Document encounters accurately in the EHR.
– Provide oversight of clinical services as needed.
Qualifications
Active California Nurse Practitioner license.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working independently and within a team.
Proficient with EHR systems.
Cardiology experience desirable but not required.
