We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-minded Office Manager to support the daily administrative operations of our shared workspace and event center. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping people, schedules, records, communications, and office processes organized in a professional, fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will bring strong administrative judgment, polished communication skills, accuracy, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs before they become issues. This position plays an important support role for the Jud Hub team and offers the opportunity to grow into a broader role over time.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Coordination

· Serve as a central administrative point of contact for members, guests, vendors, event attendees, and internal team members

· Manage routine office communications, including emails, phone calls, inquiries, reminders, and follow-up items

· Coordinate member onboarding paperwork, access needs, records, contact information, and recurring administrative updates

· Maintain organized files, forms, logs, checklists, calendars, and internal tracking systems

· Prepare routine reports, updates, meeting notes, and administrative summaries as needed by Campus Manager

Office Operations & Support

· Support the daily administrative operations of the co-working space, event center, meeting rooms, and shared common areas

· Coordinate office supplies, vendor scheduling, maintenance requests, cleaning needs, and routine building-related follow-up

· Assist with room reservations, event calendars, meeting logistics, setup requests, and space preparation

· Monitor administrative details and follow up on open items to ensure requests are completed accurately and on time

· Provide administrative support for meetings, events, tours, and internal projects as assigned

Ideal Candidate

· Prior experience in office management, hospitality, property management, coworking, event operations, or a similar customer-facing operations role

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail

· Professional communication skills and confidence interacting with executives, business owners, vendors, members, and guests

· Ability to take initiative, solve problems independently, and follow through on commitments

· Interest and capability to grow into a larger role over time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Office Manager: 2 years (Required)
