Job Summary:
We are seeking a full time Office Manager to join our team at our Electrical division in Van Wert, OH. The ideal Office Manager is an active self-starter who expresses a sense of urgency and pride in their work. They should be positive, professional, and serve as a good representative of the ATR Contractors brand. This individual will support company operations by maintaining efficiency and productivity in the office.
Duties:
– Oversight of day-to-day office activities
– Answer phones
– Receive service calls and set up jobs
– Job tracking and invoicing
– Work order setup and tracking
– Maintain construction job client files
– Invoicing and collecting on invoices
– Create and maintain reports in Microsoft Office, Construction Software, & Google Docs
– Order and maintain office/business supplies
– Filling & submitting daily work tickets
– Process & track orders
– Greet visitors
– Other office duties as assigned
Requirements:
– Proven experience in office management or related administrative roles
– Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
