1.Monitor and oversee multiple O&M sites to ensure smooth operations
2.Manage and coordinate manpower across different Site locations
3.Conduct regular site visits to review performance, safety, and compliance
4.Identify issues and ensure timely resolution at site level
5.Prepare and submit MIS (Management Information System) reports on a monthly basis
6.Maintain accurate records of site activities and workforce deployment
7.Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 50%) for site inspections and coordination.
Business Development & Lead Generation:
1.Identify and target industries (pharma, textile, food, chemical), apartments, commercial complexes
2.Generate new enquirers through
3.Direct outreach (calls, email, site visits)
4.LinkedIn and digital channels
5.Industry networks and references
6.Develop pipeline of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) opportunities
7.Client Engagement & Conversion
8.Meet clients to understand plant issues (compliance, performance, cost)
9.Promote O&M services:
10.(STP,WTP, ETP&ZLD). operation
11.AMC contracts
12.Plant optimization
13.Prepare techno-commercial proposals
14.Negotiate and close contracts
Preferred Experience
- Experience in water and wastewater treatment Minimum 7 years (STP,WTP, ETP&ZLD).
- Qualifications:BE-Mech,Environmental science and MSc.Chemistry.
- Exposure to AMCs, operation contracts, and service agreements.
- Understanding of tendering processes (government and private).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 – $40,000.00 per month
