Role Description

- Proven Analytical Skills for evaluating operational performance and identifying areas for improvement
- Experience in Team Management, including leading and coordinating diverse teams
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning for optimizing resources
- Expertise in Customer Service to ensure client satisfaction and maintain high-quality service standards
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Experience in the veterinary industry or a related field is a strong advantage
