About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and driven Operations Manager to support the planning, production, and execution of events nationwide. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, can manage multiple moving parts, and is passionate about delivering successful live events.
Reporting directly to the CEO and Director of Operations, this role will play a key part in coordinating logistics, managing event production timelines, and working cross-functionally with internal teams, partners, venues, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the planning and production of events across the country
* Coordinate event logistics, schedules, timelines, and operational deliverables
* Work closely with venues, partners, clients, and third-party vendors in preparation for events
* Review contracts, agreements, and event-related documentation for accuracy and compliance
* Support vendor management, service coordination, and event production needs
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all operational components are aligned and executed on schedule
* Manage pre-event planning, on-site event support, and post-event follow-up
* Troubleshoot issues proactively and solve problems in real time
* Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
* Travel to events and provide on-site operational oversight as needed
Qualifications
* 3+ years of operations, event management, logistics, or project management experience preferred
* Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
* Experience reviewing contracts and coordinating with external partners/vendors
* Strong communication and relationship management skills
* Willingness to travel and work weekends as required by event schedules
* Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership and operating independently
* Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset
