Compensation: $75,000 – $250,000+ (Base + Performance + Profit Sharing + Equity)

We currently generate consistent lead flow across multiple markets using direct response marketing, CRM automation, inside sales systems, and performance-based operations.
We are building a scalable real estate platform designed to dominate multiple verticals nationwide.
The Role
We are hiring a high-level Operations Manager to oversee and scale the operations behind Simply Listing, our agent-focused lead generation division.
Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that high-quality listing leads are properly distributed, followed up with, tracked, and converted by agents and internal teams.
This is not an assistant role.
You will own the operational systems that drive lead flow, agent accountability, CRM management, and conversion performance.
You will be responsible for making sure no leads are wasted and that our systems consistently produce revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for Simply Listing lead generation campaigns
- Manage and optimize CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ensure leads are routed properly and followed up with immediately
- Monitor agent response times, conversion rates, and pipeline activity
- Build accountability systems for agents and inside sales teams
- Track KPIs including:
- Cost per lead (CPL)
- Lead-to-appointment rates
- Appointment-to-listing rates
- ROI by market and campaign
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Build SOPs and scalable systems for growth
- Work directly with marketing teams to improve lead quality
- Help launch and manage new markets and agent partnerships
- Ensure speed-to-lead and follow-up standards are consistently maintained
- Oversee lead flow from intake through closed transaction
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in operations, project management, or lead management
- REQUIRED: Experience in real estate, lead generation, or marketing agency operations
- Strong CRM experience (GoHighLevel preferred)
- Experience tracking KPIs and operational performance
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage systems and people without constant oversight
- Strong communication and accountability mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with real estate agents or brokerages
- Experience in wholesaling, acquisitions, or listing operations
- Experience managing ISAs or virtual teams
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and funnel marketing
- Experience building scalable operational systems
- Experience in high-volume sales environments
