Now we need a closer — someone who can walk into a homeowner’s living room, build real trust, and turn estimates into signed jobs.
We hand you leads. You turn them into revenue. And when you go out and generate your own, you earn even more. This is a seat for someone who’s hungry, competitive, and wants their income tied directly to how hard they work — not a salary cap.

Our top closers aren’t the ones who think they already know everything — they’re the ones who show up to weekly role play, run our process, take the feedback, and sharpen every single week. What You’ll Do
- Run in-home and on-site consultations with residential and commercial clients
- Close deals using our proven sales process — we’ll train you on it
- Follow up on leads fast and relentlessly. No lead left cold
- Self-generate your own leads to stack higher commissions
- Build accurate estimates that protect our margins
- Walk the job scope clearly so production has zero surprises
- Keep your pipeline clean in the CRM — PaintScout, CompanyCam, Monday.com
- Hand off signed jobs cleanly to the project team
What You’ll Earn
- 8% straight commission on company-provided leads
- 13% commission on jobs from self-generated leads
- Uncapped — your ceiling is your effort
- Two weeks of structured, hands-on training to set you up to win

- You use our sales process and tech stack to drive a high closing rate — that’s how you win, not red tape
- You move fast and follow up faster

- You treat every estimate like it’s your own money on the line
Requirements
- Sales experience required — in-home/outside sales or trades sales a strong plus
- Proven ability to hit numbers and close
- Strong communication and the ability to build trust fast
- Comfortable with tech — CRM, PaintScout, CompanyCam, Monday.com
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Background check required
