Synergy Management, a sales and development firm, seeks an Outside Sales Representative for our LeafGuard sales team in Tampa. LeafGuard’s patented design takes more than just rain, more than enough to survive a Florida downpour. The Outside Sales Representative role is for someone who understands that in Florida, reliable gutters aren’t a luxury; they’re a necessity.
As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll show up at the right time, walk through the yard, and point out exactly where LeafGuard will save them time and money. The Outside Sales Representative identifies customer needs, explains LeafGuard’s benefits in plain language, recommends solutions, and supports customers through the sales and enrollment process.
Responsibilities of the Outside Sales Representative
- Represent LeafGuard in customer-facing interactions focused on helping homeowners improve gutter protection and exterior home care.
- Generate sales growth by educating homeowners on the benefits of LeafGuard’s clog-free gutter system and long-lasting performance.
- Conduct sales consultations that identify homeowner concerns and recommend effective LeafGuard solutions for their property.
- Present product comparisons that demonstrate why LeafGuard is a smart investment for reducing maintenance and protecting homes from water damage.
- Guide customers through each stage of the sales experience while maintaining professionalism, trust, and strong communication.
- Support sales success by maintaining reliable sales performance and delivering a positive customer experience that reflects the values of LeafGuard.
Qualifications of an Outside Sales Representative
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience in sales or customer service support is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Ability to present the benefits and value of LeafGuard gutter protection systems.
- Willingness to collaborate and contribute to overall sales success.
- Openness to mentorship and continued professional growth within outside sales roles
Pay: $900.00 – $1,400.00 per week
