Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and attentive Overnight Caregiver to provide exceptional care during nighttime hours. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient observation, personal assistance, and home care services. As an Overnight Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our clients through vigilant monitoring, assistance with activities of daily living, and compassionate support.
Duties
- Monitor clients throughout the night to ensure safety and respond promptly to any emergencies or needs.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Administer medications accurately following care plans while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Observe and document client conditions, vital signs, and any changes in health status for ongoing care assessment.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks aligned with dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and organizing living spaces.
Requirements
- Proven experience in home health care, assisted living, nursing home settings, or working with individuals with disabilities or developmental disorders.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; additional training in Alzheimer’s or dementia care is preferred.
- Knowledge of medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and patient observation techniques.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality at all times.

Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour
