This role is essential for ensuring that finished products meet high quality standards before they reach our customers, supporting production operations in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Patterns

• • Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift 3:00PM to 11:00PM

Pay Rates

• • 17.00 USD hourly

Must-have requirements for Packer

• • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis

• • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for four or more consecutive hours

• • Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• • Flexibility and willingness to work at different production stations as operational needs require

Desirable requirements for Packer

• • Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging environment

• • Experience operating or assisting with production machinery and performing quality inspections

• • Familiarity with workplace safety practices, quality control processes, and lean manufacturing principles

• • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing production needs

Role for Packer

• • Inspecting, packaging, and preparing finished products according to quality standards

• • Monitoring product flow through processing equipment and assisting with basic troubleshooting

• • Reporting equipment malfunctions, production downtime, or quality concerns to supervisors

• • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• • Following all company policies regarding safety, quality, and environmental compliance
