We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our manufacturing team with immediate start opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packaging products in compliance with safety and quality standards, ensuring timely preparation for shipment. This position offers a dynamic work environment where precision, mechanical aptitude, and teamwork are essential. Duties
- Carefully package products according to specified guidelines, ensuring accuracy and protection during transit
- Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment to assemble, seal, and prepare packages
- Utilize warehouse equipment such as forklifts to move materials and finished goods safely and efficiently
- Follow packaging procedures that comply with FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards
- Conduct quality checks on packaged items to verify correct labeling, quantity, and integrity
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Assist with inventory management by accurately recording packaged items and updating stock levels
- Support assembly tasks when required, contributing to the overall manufacturing process
Requirements
- Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is highly desirable, especially in packaging roles
- Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools used in assembly and packaging processes
- Experience operating forklifts or similar warehouse equipment is a plus
- Basic understanding of FDA regulations, CGMP standards, and quality assurance practices
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards
- Willingness to learn new skills related to packaging, assembly, and manufacturing procedures
