Overview
As a Transportation Specialist, you will coordinate and provide transportation services for Individuals with intellectual disabilities of some capacity. Your role ensures our Individuals reach their destinations safely, comfortably and on time. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our transportation operations, ensuring efficient logistics. This position requires excellent driving skills and a commitment safety.
Position is for Part time Transportation Specialist/DSP-You will also work as a Direct Service Provider when you aren’t driving
Duties
- Schedule and manage transportation appointments for Individuals to and from various activities and appointments
- Assist Individuals with boarding and disembarking as needed.
- Ensure vehicles are maintained, safe, and accessible for Individuals.
- Communicate effectively with Management and DSPs to ensure timely service.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Experience working with mentally disabled individuals preferred.
- Excellent time management, communication, and customer service skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
