Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and professional Licensed Esthetician to join our close-knit team. The ideal candidate is someone who is driven by their love for the esthetician profession and takes joy in making people feel confident and beautiful. This role involves providing high-quality skincare services, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the serene and positive atmosphere of our bungalow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of skincare services, including but not limited to, eyebrow styling, facials, and other beauty treatments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a loyal client base, ensuring a personalized experience for each client.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in skincare and beauty.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area.
- Work autonomously and assertively, contributing positively to our team dynamics.
- Actively engage in the promotion and sales of skincare products, providing personalized recommendations to clients.
- Should possess the ability to confidently interact with customers over the phone, face-to-face, and adeptly manage any customer service-related concerns.
- Must be at ease with managing and engaging on various social media platforms, and dedicated to building an independent following to contribute to the growth of the business
Qualifications:
- Valid Esthetician license in the state of Florida.
- Proven experience as an esthetician (experience level will determine pay scale).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for the beauty industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sales experience a plus
Compensation:
- Competitive commission-based pay.
- 100% Commission based Pay commensurate with experience.
