The Blended Group is looking for a creative, driven, and socially savvy Part-Time Social Media Manager to help grow and elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. If you live and breathe content, understand audience behavior, and can craft a compelling story in a caption — we want to hear from you.
This is a flexible, part-time role ideal for a creative self-starter who can hit the ground running and bring fresh energy to our social channels.
What you'll do
- Develop, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Create engaging captions, short-form video concepts, and visual direction for posts
- Monitor comments, DMs, and brand mentions — and engage authentically with our community
- Track performance metrics and deliver regular insights on what's working
- Collaborate with our team on campaigns, launches, and brand moments
- Stay ahead of social trends and bring bold, timely ideas to the table
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of social media management experience (brand or agency side)
- Strong copywriting skills and an eye for visual storytelling
- Hands-on experience with scheduling tools (Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
- Comfort with basic analytics — you know how to read a dashboard and act on it
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and communication skills
- Bonus: experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or basic video editing
