Part-Time Traffic School Instructor (Bilingual English/Spanish)

We’re seeking enthusiastic and bilingual (English/Spanish) individuals to join our team as Traffic School Instructors. In this role, you’ll guide community members through engaging courses focused on traffic safety and responsible driving. No prior teaching experience? No problem! We provide comprehensive training to equip you for success.
What you’ll do:
- Lead dynamic and informative traffic school classes for individuals who have received traffic violations.
- Clearly explain California traffic laws, safe driving practices, and defensive driving techniques.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Utilize your fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse student population.
- Ensure course materials are current and relevant to California driving regulations.
- Offer constructive feedback to students, promoting safer driving habits.
What you need:
- Valid California Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Reliable transportation
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
Availability:
- Primarily Weekends (Saturday &/or Sunday from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Some Fridays (from 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Some Weekday Evenings (Wednesdays & Thursdays from6:00 PM – 10:00 PM)
Compensation:
- Starting at $22+ per hour
