Role Description
The Partnerships & Community Coordinator is a full-time, remote role based in the Los Angeles Area. This role is responsible for growing brand awareness, community engagement, and customer acquisition through influencer partnerships, affiliate marketing, brand collaborations, studio relationships, events, and customer advocacy programs.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing influencer gifting and seeding initiatives, recruiting and maintaining creator relationships, overseeing the ShopMy affiliate program, supporting affiliate partnerships, coordinating brand collaborations, and assisting with the planning and execution of events and activations. The coordinator will also manage the company's review platform, Okendo, helping drive customer reviews, monitor feedback, and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and retention.
This role works closely with marketing, sales, and operations to build meaningful partnerships that strengthen the Souls. community, increase brand visibility, and support company growth.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building skills with experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, affiliate marketing, community engagement, or brand collaborations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent the Souls. brand professionally and authentically.
- Experience managing influencer outreach, gifting campaigns, creator partnerships, or affiliate programs.
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as ShopMy, LTK, or similar creator monetization platforms.
- Experience coordinating events, activations, studio partnerships, or community-focused initiatives.
- Ability to negotiate partnership deliverables, coordinate timelines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience tracking and reporting on campaign performance, affiliate sales, creator ROI, and partnership metrics.
- Familiarity with review platforms such as Okendo and customer feedback programs is preferred.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, community, marketing, or a related field.
- Passion for wellness, Pilates, fitness, and lifestyle brands, with alignment to the Souls. mission and aesthetic.
