Responsibilities
- Assist retail and wholesale customers with automotive parts inquiries and purchases.
- Supply parts promptly to service technicians to support efficient repairs.
- Identify and locate the correct GM and aftermarket parts using electronic parts catalogs.
- Process parts orders, invoices, returns, and warranties accurately.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stocking and organizing the parts department.
- Communicate effectively with the service department and customers regarding parts availability and delivery times.
- Follow dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous automotive parts counter experience preferred (GM/Chevrolet experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of automotive systems and replacement parts.
- Experience using dealership management systems and electronic parts catalogs is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
