We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Parts Puller / Vehicle Dismantler to join our team. This role involves removing usable automotive parts from vehicles, maintaining inventory, and supporting daily operations in a fast-paced salvage yard environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely remove automotive parts including engines, transmissions, body panels, and electrical components
- Inspect parts for quality and resale value
- Tag and label parts accurately for inventory
- Locate and pull parts to fulfill customer and sales requests
- Use hand tools, power tools, and cutting equipment
- Drain and dispose of vehicle fluids in accordance with environmental regulations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Assist team members and customers as needed
Qualifications
- Basic automotive knowledge (parts identification and function)
- Experience using mechanical tools and equipment
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
