y:
The **Patient Engagement Associate** plays a key role in connecting prospective members—parents, family members, and caregivers—to the organization’s services. The position primarily involves telephonic outreach to help families enroll and engage with the app-based technology platform. This role contributes to the organization’s mission by facilitating access to care and support for medically complex children, ensuring families successfully onboard and remain connect
ed.

• Conduct telephonic outreach to prospective members to guide them through downloading the app and scheduling enrollment v
isits• Communicate clearly about the organization’s services and address parent or family con
cerns• Represent the organization to families of medically complex chi
ldren• Collaborate with the Local Outreach Team to engage both non-engaged and engaged pat
ients• Use reports and dashboards to prioritize outreach activ
ities• Achieve or exceed monthly engagement ta
rgets
4. Require
ments:
• High School diploma or equ
ivalent• Minimum of one year of experience in outreach, customer service, or call center roles with a primary focus on outbound commun
ication• Bilingual in
Spanish
5. Pay Range and Compensation
Package:
• Hourly pay range of $20 to $22 plus a monthly bonus
