To be considered, you must meet all of the following:
- Valid driver’s license
- No driver’s license suspensions of any kind within the last 3 years, for any reason, including administrative suspensions
- This is an insurance requirement and will be verified by motor vehicle report. If you’ve had any suspension in the last 3 years, do not apply.
- Able to work outdoors in Florida heat and lift heavy materials daily
- Able to reliably report to our Hudson location and work Monday through Friday starting at 7:00 AM, with one Saturday per month required
- Looking for a long-term W-2 position, not temporary work or side work

WHAT THE WORK IS ACTUALLY LIKE
You’ll be working outdoors in Florida heat, on your feet, doing physical work every day.
This job includes:
- Pressure washing pavers and hardscapes
- Spreading and brooming sand into joints
- Lifting and carrying heavy bags of sand and materials
- Mixing and applying sealers with precision
- Keeping job sites clean, organized, and professional
- Interacting with customers respectfully on site
This is skilled work that requires attention to detail, consistency, urgency, and professionalism. A sloppy worker will not last here.
We will train the right person, but we expect maturity, accountability, and the ability to learn quickly without constant hand-holding.

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid driver’s license
- No license suspension of any kind within the last 3 years, no exceptions
- Clean background
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Strong attendance and punctuality
- Physically capable of demanding outdoor work in Florida heat
- Professional attitude on customer job sites

- Have you had any drivers license suspensions at all in the last 3 years? Even for non moving violations like lapse in insurance, or child support violations?
- Our days start at 7am and we usually finish between 3-5pm depends on how the workload is. It doesn’t happen often, but on occasion our day can run as late as 7pm knowing that I can’t guarantee a specific time that we’d be finished each day, does that cause any conflicts or issues?
- This job requires working outdoors in Florida heat, lifting heavy bags of sand, and being on your feet most of the day. Are you physically able and willing to do this consistently?
- This position requires showing up on time to every scheduled workday. Tardiness or no-shows are not tolerated. Can you meet this expectation?
