Requirements:
· 2+ years of payroll processing experience
· Experience processing payroll for large organizations with 20,000+ employees
· Experience with Workday
· Experience with Kronos
· Experience with union payroll
· Experience processing California payroll
· Experience processing final termination pay in California
· Ability to support end-to-end payroll workflows
Preferred Requirements:
· Experience in healthcare payroll environment
· Experience supporting contract or limited-term workforce payroll
· Experience reviewing and auditing timekeeping records
· Experience with payroll adjustments, retroactive pay, and overpayment review
· Ability to support OneLink or ERP project-related payroll deliverables
Summary / Duties:
· Payroll Processor II will support full-cycle payroll operations for a large, remote healthcare organization.
· Responsibilities include reviewing, auditing, and processing approved timekeeping records, expense reimbursement requests, payroll adjustments, retroactive pay, overpayment reviews, and final termination pay.
· This role requires hands-on experience with Workday, Kronos, union payroll, California payroll rules, and high-volume payroll processing for organizations with more than 20,000 employees.
· The processor will make manual entries and adjustments, calculate and process accurate payroll transactions, support compliance with payroll policies, and help maintain timely and accurate payroll delivery.
· This is a 100% remote contract role, and required equipment will be provided by the facility.
