We’re launching what we believe is Pennsylvania’s first dedicated Paycheck Protection Program for caregivers, and we’re looking for compassionate, detail-oriented professionals to join the team.
Your mission is simple: protect caregivers’ hard-earned money.
Rather than waiting for caregivers to discover payroll issues, our team proactively reviews payroll, identifies potential discrepancies, works directly with Payroll, Scheduling, EVV, Billing, and Insurance teams, and follows each issue through resolution.
You’ll become an advocate for hundreds of caregivers who depend on their paycheck every week.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively review caregiver payroll for potential discrepancies
- Contact caregivers before they even realize there’s an issue
- Investigate missing hours, EVV exceptions, authorization issues, overtime questions, and payroll concerns
- Coordinate with Payroll, Billing, Scheduling, Client Success, and EVV teams to resolve issues quickly
- Track every case through final resolution
- Educate caregivers on payroll processes and timekeeping requirements
- Identify recurring trends and recommend process improvements
- Help ensure every caregiver receives every dollar they earned
- Maintain accurate documentation within company systems
- Deliver world-class customer service on every interaction

Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Payroll, healthcare, home care, HR, banking, insurance, billing, or case management experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Microsoft Office experience
- High School Diploma required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
