(PCA) Personal Care Assistant/Home Care Aide * Surrounding Area! * Jobs in Flora at Central Illinois Care Services
Responsibilities:
– Provide in-home care to clients, assisting with activities of daily living
– Help clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
– Assist with meal preparation and feeding
– Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up and laundry
– Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
– Accompany clients to appointments or social outings
Qualifications:
– Previous experience as a caregiver is preferred but not required
– Compassionate and patient demeanor
– Excellent communication skills
– Ability to follow instructions and work independently
– Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes
– Valid driver’s license and auto insurance (if required for transportation)
– Ability to pass a background check
