Job Description:
The People Operations Program Manager will serve as a key operational partner to Meriton's Leadership team, helping drive process improvement, cross-functional initiatives, communication, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys creating structure, improving processes, and supporting organizational growth.
Responsibilities:
- Improve People Operations processes by documenting, evaluating, and streamlining workflows and SOPs.
- Establish scalable systems that support organizational growth and drive consistency across onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
- Manage cross‑functional projects including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
- Facilitate collaboration across Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D, HRIS, and People Strategy teams.
- Enhance organizational effectiveness through improved communication rhythms, meeting structures, and visibility into priorities.
- Identify efficiency opportunities using technology, automation, and AI to strengthen People Team operations.
- Support People leadership with coordination, scheduling, meeting preparation, and executive‑level administrative tasks.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base =$80k – $100k
- Discretionary Bonus = 15%
- Year One On-Target Earnings: $115k
