Performance Tester – REMOTE

This Positon can be Remote within USA.

• Seeking a Specialist with 7+ years of experience in Performance Testing to drive performance analysis planning and engineering within the LTM Solution framework
• Analyze performance test results server statistics and identify bottlenecks to provide actionable tuning recommendations.
• Develop comprehensive performance testing strategies including approach workload modeling and estimation.
• Manage risks and issues related to performance testing activities to ensure smooth execution.
• Apply performance engineering principles to optimize system performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate performance testing into the SDLC.
• Utilize industry best practices to enhance performance testing processes and methodologies.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead performance testing efforts by planning coordinating and executing tests aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct detailed analysis of test outcomes and server metrics to pinpoint performance issues.
• Recommend and implement performance tuning solutions to address identified bottlenecks.
• Estimate resource requirements and timelines for performance testing projects Model realistic workloads to simulate production environments effectively.
• Proactively identify and manage risks and issues impacting performance testing deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement in performance engineering practices across projects Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on performance testing techniques

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, performance and internal equity.

Benefits
Compensation range: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
