We are an established and growing independent pharmacy group actively seeking acquisition opportunities throughout New Jersey and New York. We are looking for a motivated, professional, and entrepreneurial individual to identify pharmacy owners interested in selling, retiring, partnering, or transitioning their business.
This is a high-upside opportunity for someone who can build relationships, uncover off-market deals, and help grow a respected healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit independent pharmacies throughout assigned territories
- Build relationships directly with pharmacy owners and decision-makers
- Identify owners considering selling, retiring, or transitioning
- Generate qualified acquisition leads and introductions
- Maintain pipeline of active opportunities
- Coordinate meetings between sellers and ownership group
- Assist in gathering preliminary deal information
- Support transactions through negotiation, diligence, and closing
- Continue sourcing future opportunities after completed acquisitions
- Represent the company professionally and confidentially at all times
Compensation Structure
- Percentage of purchase price paid upon successful closing of sourced acquisitions
