Ramona Rehab and Post Acute Care is looking to hire Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our team.
PhysicalTherapist Assistants (PTAs) support physical therapists in providing rehabilitative care to patients, helping them regain mobility and manage pain through various therapeutic techniques.

Implement Treatment Plans: PTAs assist in executing treatment plans designed by physical therapists, which may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and the use of equipment like weights or resistance bands.

Patient Care: They work directly with patients to help them perform exercises, monitor their progress, and provide encouragement and support throughout the rehabilitation process.

Education and Guidance: PTAs educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment plans, and home exercise programs to promote recovery and prevent further injuries.

Documentation: They are responsible for documenting patient progress, responses to treatment, and any changes in condition, ensuring accurate records are maintained for ongoing care.

Equipment Management: PTAs prepare and maintain therapy equipment, ensuring that treatment areas are clean, organized, and equipped with necessary tools and supplies.

Assist with Mobility: They help patients use mobility aids, such as crutches or walkers, ensuring proper technique and safety during movement.
