Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult and/or all-age patient populations
Manage chronic conditions, acute illnesses, and preventive health screenings
Deliver patient education and wellness counseling
Collaborate with specialists and care teams to ensure continuity and quality of care
Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Eligible for Massachusetts medical license
Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
Open to both permanent and locum tenens arrangements
