Pre-Roll Specialist

Location: Flint, MI (On-site)

Pay: Competitive, based on experience

Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

We are looking for a skilled Pre-Roll Joint Specialist with hands-on experience in joint production, especially using knockbox equipment. This role is focused on crafting high-quality pre-rolls with consistency, speed, and precision. If you have a strong background in pre-roll production and take pride in clean, uniform joints, this is a great opportunity to join a growing cannabis team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cannabis flower for pre-roll production, including grinding, weighing, and staging materials.
• Operate knockbox equipment to efficiently produce consistent, high-quality joints.
• Hand-finish pre-rolls as needed to ensure proper pack, shape, and appearance.
• Maintain strict quality control standards for weight, density, and burn consistency.
• Inspect and sort finished joints to meet company specifications.
• Package and label pre-rolls in compliance with Michigan regulations.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and production-ready.
• Track output and report any issues with product or equipment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have prior experience in pre-roll or joint production, with knockbox experience strongly preferred.
• A high level of attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to maintain consistency in a high-volume environment.
• Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, repetitive setting and demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass background requirements.
• The role also requires the ability to stand for extended periods and perform hands-on tasks throughout the shift.
