Hutch Paving is currently seeking a Working Prep Crew Foreman. The ideal candidate will know how to fine grade with a Dozer.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee, assign and communicate tasks to crew members.
- prepare and grade sites for paving crew to pour asphalt
- Knowledge and experience in operating of a Dozer.
- Estimate the amount of labor and materials required for construction projects.
- Ability to train employees.
- Must possess knowledge of paving operations, equipment, safety, and standard procedures.
- Experience fine grading.
- Repair Catch basins
- All Other Duties as Assigned.
Requirements:
- Working experience as Prep Crew Foreman
- Fine Grading Skills
- Must have years of experience operating a dozer.
- Ability to read drawings and blueprints
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate and report effectively
- Good math skills
- Availability to work overtime and weekends.
