Press Operator – Join Our Team at Hi-Tech Mold & Tool
1st and 2nd shift available
Hi-Tech Mold & Tool is looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our team as Press Operators. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality, and want to be part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor molding machines to produce quality parts
- Review work instructions and follow established processes
- Inspect parts and report any issues to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform basic secondary tasks such as trimming, de-gating, and assembly
- Package finished products according to instructions
- Accurately track production and scrap
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Monitor material levels and notify the team when supplies are low
What We’re Looking For:
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Good communication skills
- Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
Pay: $16.00 – $17.00 per hour
