Primary Service Associate – Entry-Level Insurance

We’re hiring a Primary Service Associate to be the first point of contact for our clients—by phone or in person. You’ll support our team and help ensure clients get the assistance they need, while gaining hands-on experience in a professional insurance environment.
No license yet? No problem!
We’ll pay for your course materials, training, and exam to become a licensed Maine Insurance Agent. This role is a great step toward a long-term career in insurance.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate team member
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Enter and assign policy and claim information in our system
- Research and follow up on reported claims
- Monitor policies at risk of cancellation
- Process payments, cancellations, and proof of insurance
- Maintain client and carrier relationships
- Document all client interactions in our agency system
- Complete daily administrative tasks efficiently
- Assist with additional office duties as needed
