About the role:
- Deal Sourcing & Screening: Identify and evaluate acquisition targets, taking increasing ownership of early diligence.
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Build and review models to assess value creation and returns.
- Due Diligence: Coordinate advisors and internal teams, leading key diligence areas.
- Portfolio Support: Work with management to drive operational improvements and bolt-on opportunities.
- Deal Execution: Assist in structuring, negotiating, and preparing investment materials, gradually owning deals end-to-end.
