We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Product Change Manager (Consumer Packaged Goods) for a prominent client of ours. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description: $46 Hourly W2
- Manage assigned commercialization projects through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards. I2M framework (Idea-to-Market)
- Lead the stage-gate process by coordinating cross-functional readiness, preparing governance documentation, and facilitating leadership decision-making at each gate.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of deliverables across R&D, Supply Chain, Sales, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory.
- Lead stage gate and status meetings and manage project communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Monitor and control project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
Required:
- Bachelors degree and 2+ years’ experience in project coordination, execution, or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries.
- MUST have recent experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
- Ability to work in the United States with out sponsorship now or in the future.
