The Role
• Define and own the product vision and backlog for client-facing integrations and reporting that deliver vehicle condition data.
• Own and manage internal-facing operational tools for monitoring quality and managing daily workflows for inspection and imaging teams.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear product specifications and collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams on delivery.
• Partner with engineering leads, operations, and client-facing teams to define requirements and drive features from discovery through delivery.
• Gather and synthesize input from workflow supervisors, managers, and client stakeholders to identify and validate solutions.
• Monitor integration health, reporting accuracy, and tool adoption, escalating or resolving issues as needed.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience owning and prioritizing a product backlog within an Agile or SAFe delivery framework.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance personal productivity or drive AI-enabled transformation.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with engineering, operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and drive feature delivery.
• Experience with system and technology integrations, including client-facing data outputs like APIs or file deliveries.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Rally, Jira) for backlog management and sprint planning.
