Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Manager, located in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. The Product Manager will lead the development and implementation of product strategies, define and prioritize product roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery. Primary responsibilities include market research, identifying customer needs, managing product lifecycle, and working closely with marketing and engineering teams to align strategies and goals. The role will drive innovation, ensure stakeholder satisfaction, and oversee continuous product enhancements to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Product Management and Product Lifecycle Management expertise
- Strong skills in Market Research and Customer Needs Analysis
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Engineering, and Sales teams
- Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development capabilities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site team environment
- Proficiency in relevant Product Management tools and techniques
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is advantageous
