Production + Kitting Associates Details
Shift + Pay Info:
- 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | Monday – Friday | $17/hr.
- 2nd Shift | 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | Monday – Friday | $18/hr.
- 3rd Shift | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM | Monday – Friday | $18.50/hr.
Training for the 3rd shift will briefly take place Sunday – Thursday.
Job Duties:
- Assemble and package products
- Build kits by gathering and organizing materials
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Use a computer to check orders and production needs
- Sort, count, and prepare materials for production
- Perform quality checks and remove defective items
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
- Follow company safety and quality standards
- Help in different departments as business needs change
Requirements:
- Manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read simple work instructions in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic math and counting skills
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
- Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
- Stand for most of the shift
- Use hands regularly for assembly and packaging tasks
- Lift and move up to 25 pounds frequently
- Lift up to 55 pounds occasionally
- Bend, reach, sort, and handle materials throughout the day
