As Production Coordinator, you will support the execution of EnVogue's global manufacturing operations, helping ensure products move efficiently from development through final delivery. This collaborative role serves as a vital cross-functional link between Design, Product Development, Sourcing, Logistics, and manufacturing partners. You will maintain production trackers, monitor vendor timelines, and assist in ensuring products meet quality standards, delivery schedules, and customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Track and monitor high-volume production programs from purchase order placement through final delivery to ensure on-time shipping.
- Maintain daily communication with global vendors to monitor production status, capacity, and delivery schedules.
- Assist with cost tracking and data entry, ensuring accurate costing logs and documentation to support margin goals.
- Coordinate the sample approval process, tracking and organizing PP (Pre-Production) and TOP (Top of Production) samples between internal teams and factories.
- Review production details against tech packs to maintain product quality, consistency, and brand standards.
- Identify and escalate potential supply chain, logistics, or production delays to cross-functional partners for quick resolution.
- Partner closely with Design, Product Development, Sourcing, and Logistics teams to streamline communication and support successful product launches.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in Production, Sourcing, Product Development, or Supply Chain Management (experience in home textiles, home décor, or consumer products is a plus).
- Solid understanding of the production lifecycle, order tracking, and global manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with product testing, compliance protocols, and quality assurance standards.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international suppliers.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
