Production Supervisor-Plastic Injection Molding – 2nd shift- 4 -10’s Jobs in Eagan at Pioneer Plastics Inc
We need a leader!
This is a "hands on" role for someone experienced with the plastic injection mold process that can lead our 2nd shift team.
General Responsibilities include:
Performing press start-ups
Trouble shoot/correct problems with presses
Maintain data records and training in Epicor.
Assist with product flow and quality checks
Work closely with production planning to establish production schedules to ensure on-time delivery to the customer.
Direct and supervise production workers
Ability and willingness to learn other positions to be "backup" during vacancies or vacations

*This role requires frequent movement, standing, bending & twisting throughout the shift. Team members may occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Minimum 2 years hands on experience working in the plastic injection molding industry. Knows the injection molding process.
Requires resourcefulness, ability to trouble shoot presses and a willingness to learn and adhere to our company policies, practices, and procedures.
Supervisory and/or people management experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $29.00 – $35.00 per hour
