Responsibilities :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government and oversee all EFMP Respite Care Program operations
- Manage contract performance, staffing, compliance, quality control, and reporting requirements
- Supervise Regional Coordinators, providers, and administrative personnel
- Ensure all personnel meet required qualifications, certifications, and background screening requirements
- Coordinate quarterly performance meetings and contract reviews
- Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, regulations, and Army policies
Qualifications :
- Master’s Degree in a healthcare-related field and at least 5 years of progressive management experience; OR Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and at least 10 years of progressive management experience
- Minimum 5 years supporting military families or similar populations
- Demonstrated experience with case management and special needs programs
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage nationwide operations and multiple service locations
