Position Summary: Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment organization, is seeking a Technology Project Coordinator to support Agile software delivery and release management initiatives. This role will work alongside Project Managers, Software Engineers, and Systems Engineers to help coordinate sprint activities, software releases, project documentation, and production change processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced Agile environment while supporting multiple cross-functional technology teams.

What type of experience does the right candidate have:
- 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or administration
- Exposure to Agile software development methodologies and Scrum ceremonies
- Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:
- Support Agile delivery by coordinating sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and sprint closeout activities
- Assist with software release management and production readiness activities
- Coordinate ServiceNow change requests and prepare CAB documentation
- Schedule Go/No-Go meetings and maintain sprint release documentation
- Track project action items, deliverables, and recurring project activities
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, dashboards, meeting notes, and status reports
- Maintain project documentation within Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration tools
- Coordinate release schedules across development teams and production support resources
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to ensure efficient project execution
