2. About the Opportunity:
The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining uninterrupted IT services by managing access to payer websites, performing scheduled production tasks, and monitoring automated processes. This position acts as a liaison between operational teams and IT support systems, ensuring smooth coordination and resolution of issues. The role contributes to operational stability and efficiency within the revenue cycle functions.
3. Responsibilities:
• Provision access to payer websites
• Perform scheduled IT production tasks
• Monitor automated processes to prevent service disruptions
• Serve as liaison to IT support resources for operational teams
• Conduct basic ad-hoc IT tasks as needed to support business operations
40.Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of general office experience
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
• Proven ability to organize, plan, manage time, multitask, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Associate''s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
• Salary ranges vary by location, for example:
– California (Northern except Humboldt): $31.33 to $47.94 per hour
– Oregon (Portland Service Area): $26.79 to $40.99 per hour
– Washington (Western except Tukwila): $27.92 to $42.73 per hour
• Final pay determined based on experience and other factors
