Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Coordinator / Project Engineer located in Las Vegas, NV. The selected candidate will oversee and coordinate the planning, execution, and completion of various projects. Responsibilities include tracking project timelines, managing budgets, liaising between clients and internal teams, preparing project documentation, and ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards. The role also requires troubleshooting project issues and maintaining positive communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring project progress
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using software tools for project tracking, documentation, and reporting
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams
- Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to challenges
- Prior experience in the natural stone supply, hospitality, or commercial projects industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with industry regulations, material specifications, and quality standards
