Role Description

Additionally, the COO will drive operational efficiency, enhance internal processes, and foster collaboration within the organization. This full-time position is on-site and based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, offering an excellent opportunity to lead and grow the company.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Planning and implementing strategic initiatives
- Strong proficiency in Operations Management and process improvement strategies
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
- Experience with Finance and Budgeting to maintain financial health and profitability
- Leadership and team management skills to build a collaborative and high-performing organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong internal and external relationships
- Experience in the design or creative industry is a plus
- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
