Job Description:
We offer a variety of REO (Real Estate Owned) services to maintain and secure foreclosed properties. Here is a list of common services we provide:
- Property Inspections
- Securing the Property
- Winterizations
- Debris Removal
- Lawn Care and Landscaping
- Repairs and Maintenance
- Cleaning Services
- Pest Control
- Evictions
- Hazardous Material Removal
- Boarding Services
- Utility Management
- Property Monitor and Reporting
- Renovations
Equipment Needed:
- Locks (deadbolts, knob locks, padlocks)
- Lock boxes (for key access)
- Boarding materials (plywood, OSB boards)
- Air compressor (to blow out water from plumbing lines)
- Lawnmower
- Pole Saw
- Hedge trimmers
- Tape measure (for measuring areas to be repaired or boarded up)
- Truck or trailer
Requirements:
- 1 million General Liability Insurance
- Smart Phone (for photo documentation)
- Aspen Grov Background Check

Pay: $50,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
