Position Overview

Mérieux NutriSciences is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Documentation Specialist to support laboratory quality systems, compliance documentation, and operational reporting activities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, reviewing documentation for completeness, supporting internal audits, and assisting laboratory and quality teams with administrative coordination.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a professional laboratory support environment. Candidates with administrative, quality assurance, data entry, or laboratory coordination experience are encouraged to apply. Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize laboratory and quality assurance documentation
  • Review reports, records, and forms for accuracy and completeness
  • Support compliance procedures and internal quality standards
  • Enter and update information within company databases and tracking systems
  • Assist with document control, file management, and reporting processes
  • Coordinate with laboratory teams regarding operational documentation
  • Support internal audits and quality review activities
  • Ensure confidential handling of company and client information
  • Assist management with scheduling, administrative support, and reporting requests
  • Monitor documentation timelines and follow-up requirements
  • Communicate professionally with internal departments and external contacts
  • Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Prior administrative, quality assurance, laboratory, or office support experience is a plus

Pay: $3,900.00 – $4,300.00 per month
