What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as Executive Assistant to the CEO, managing day-to-day priorities and translating ideas into actionable systems
- Support a small real estate team with operations and transaction coordination
- Manage database and CRM maintenance, ensuring accurate client, agent, and vendor communication
- Assist with event planning and hosting, including client events in the NC market
- Execute marketing plan support and content creation as directed by the CEO
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 1-3 years of executive assistant or operations experience, preferably in real estate
- High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Real estate experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Follow Up Boss and HubSpot
- Experience with AI productivity tools such as Tasklet
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting a high-level CEO
