The Opportunity
We are seeking an energetic, ambitious, and relationship-driven Recruiter to join our team.
This is much more than a recruiting position. You'll build your own network of client companies and candidates while learning from recruiters who have spent decades successfully placing top talent throughout the technology industry.
We're looking for someone with strong sales instincts, excellent people skills, lots of connections to technology people and the drive to build long-term professional relationships. If you're motivated, competitive, and eager to grow, we'll provide the mentorship, training, and support to help you build a rewarding career in executive search.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business relationships with technology companies seeking exceptional talent.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers, executives, and decision-makers.
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from business development through candidate placement.
- Source high-quality candidates using networking, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and advanced recruiting techniques and platforms.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure an excellent match for both client and candidate.
- Provide clients with market intelligence, hiring strategies, and recruiting expertise.
- Deliver a professional, transparent, and high-touch experience for both clients and candidates.
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of technology companies and outstanding candidates.
- Negotiate offers and guide both clients and candidates through the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in recruiting, sales, business development, or executive search.
- Previous experience in technology recruiting or the high-tech industry is a plus.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable speaking with executives, founders, hiring managers, and senior-level candidates.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Human Resources experience is a plus.
