About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter-Account Manager to join our growing team at WSi Healthcare Personnel. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding healthcare professionals, developing new client relationships, and managing existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and staffing success. This position offers a unique opportunity to combine sales, recruitment, and account management skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to making a difference in the healthcare community. You will work closely with healthcare facilities and professionals, providing tailored staffing solutions that meet their specific needs. The role requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building meaningful relationships.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related fields. Prior experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or sales is preferred but not mandatory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. A self-motivated attitude and goal-oriented mindset are critical to succeed in this role. Familiarity with technology platforms, applicant tracking systems, and social media for sourcing candidates will be advantageous. The ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude under pressure are qualities we highly value.
Responsibilities
- Source, identify, and attract qualified healthcare professionals to meet staffing demands across various healthcare settings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and suitability for specific roles.
- Coordinate with healthcare facilities to facilitate smooth onboarding and placement processes.
- Make quick and informed decisions regarding candidate qualifications, compensation, and scheduling.
- Utilize advanced technology platforms and social media channels to build and maintain a robust talent pool.
- Engage in business development activities to expand market share and increase revenue streams.
- Collaborate with team members to meet recruitment targets and enhance overall company profitability.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
